Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit and debit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Solo, Switch and all major debit and credit cards. Sorry we do not accept American Express or Diner Club credit cards.
All credit or debit card payments are taken in an secure environment by World Pay.
If you place an order over the phone with us your credit or debit card details on paper are shredded after we take the payment.
Shipping service in the UK is provided by Royal Mail 'Special Delivery' and Outside the UK by Royal Mail 'AirSure' service. |
Shipping And Handling
We use Royal Mail Special Delivery to send all purchases for two reasons, the first is that it is insured if lost or damaged, secondly it will be delivered next day Monday to Saturday if ordered by 3 PM.
If you require a specific 'in the future' or more convenient delivery date then we will send your purchase the day before your chosen 'delivery date' by next day delivery to achieve this, thus incurring all the 'next day' charges below.
We do not deliver on a Sunday or on a bank holiday Monday / public holidays.
Royal Mail 'Special Delivery' can not be left with neighbours / left in sheds / garages / or porches.
Royal Mail 'Special Delivery' requires a signature from someone at the delivery address only.
Monday to Saturday Next Day UK Delivery:
We use Royal Mail Special Delivery to send all purchases, which is guaranteed next day in the UK by 1 PM Monday to Friday, but your order must be placed before 3 PM the day before for this to be achieved.
If you require delivery on Saturday please place your order by 3 PM on Friday.
Orders placed after 3 PM on Friday and over the weekend up until 3 PM on Monday will be delivered by 1 PM on Tuesdays.
Orders placed after 3 PM will arrive a day later (e.g. Order after 3 PM on Monday, delivery by 1 PM on Wednesday).
The cost of UK Special next day delivery is:
£4.10 for items to up 100g
£4.50 for items up to 500g
£5.65 for 500g - 1 Kg,
£7.35 for 1 Kg - 2 Kg
£18.45 for 2 Kg - 10 Kg.
Please note that all delivery prices on our site are exact to Royal Mail prices and we do not make any extra money from shipping / delivery charges.
Deliveries Outside the United Kingdom :
Delivery outside the UK will be sent by AirSure or International 'Sign For' depending on country and may take from 4 - 10 days to arrive.

Gift wrapping service
If you choose our gift wrapping service (£3 or £2) then your baby gift you have chosen is wrapped by hand. We use a high quality gift bag in an appropriate colour, baby blue twinkle toes gift bag for a boy, baby pink twinkle toes gift bag for a girl and we also have a gift bag if you are unsure or would prefer to send a neutral colour.
Your gift is carefully placed in your chosen bag and we sprinkle baby confetti inside, we then place your gift bag in a box add a bit more sparkle and seal it...ready to surprise and delight the recipient. This is a perfect solution if you are sending to someone or taking to a baby's christening.
Please note that all basket gift basket and create you own baby gift baskets come already gift wrapped.
If you don't choose gift wrapping then your item will be sent out in a plain box or Jiffy envelope.

Returns Policy
At Snuggle Feet we always hope you will be happy with your order, however in the unlikely event you are not entirely satisfied, we will be happy to give you an exchange or refund. Please return your purchase within 7 working days of delivery in perfect original condition and enclose proof of purchase. We are sorry but postage and packaging is non refundable. We would advise that you send your return by registered post as the package is your responsibility until it reaches us.
We are unable to refund or exchange on individual items in our gift sets.
Once the delivery has been signed for at the given address it is no longer the responsibility of Snuggle Feet. Refunds connot be given if the gift is not passed on to the named recipient.
If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, Snuggle Feet will replace the goods to an equal value or, where appropriate, offer a full refund after a full investigation with Royal Mail has been carried out.
Damaged or lost orders must be reported to us within 7 days of the delivery date.
