Question: Can I put your shoes in the washing machine or how do I clean them?

Answer: Here is our advice for cleaning your Snuggle Feet shoes.
Most surface dirt can be removed with a damp cloth, using a mild detergent solution if needed.

Hand wash with a mild detergent in cold water and leave to air dry completely.

Suede soles may wear down over time and become less slip resistant so check regularly. You can use a wire brush or sandpaper to bring back the texture (And also to remove any surface dirt/stains).
We do not recommend you put our shoes in the washing machine.

Question: I require next day UK delivery, what time must I order my item by?

Answer: The cut off for next day UK delivery is 3PM, Orders after 3PM will arrive a day after the next day.

Question: I do not require gift wrapping as I am buying something for myself, is this OK?

Answer: Simply don't select gift wrapping, it's only an optional extra.

Question: I have recently purchased a pair of Snuggle Feet shoes. They are fab.

Question: Hello. Do these shoes have some form of grip on the soles please. I wanted something that will lessen the chance of my daughter slipping on our laminate floor?

Answer: Our shoes have a textured soft suede sole and are designed to be skid
resistant. We recommend that you regularly check the soles for areas of
wear/shiny patches, you can use a wire brush or sandpaper to bring back the
texture to the sole.
